Preparing for your first appointment Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out medical, history, and HIPPA forms.  Or, you may print and fill out the forms on line and bring them with you to the appointment.   The initial session will involve taking blood pressure, pulse, and performing general orthopedic/neurological, and reflex testing as determined.  Please allow approximately 1 hr. + 15 minutes for the initial appointment.  (Following treatments will be slightly shorter in duration.) Please make arrangements for your children.  There is no one available to supervise them, and space is limited.  For a child’s visit, only the child and the parent or guardian can be present.  Treatment includes gentle manipulations of the hip/pelvic area, lower back, mid-back, and neck areas.  Also, please: Avoid smoking. Avoid pain killer and/or muscle relaxant medications prior to appointment. Avoid perfumes/colognes, hair spray or fragrances due to the chemical sensitivity of some of our patients. Please bring any MRI written reports or MD instructions. If necessary, we may refer out for x-rays or MRI imaging tests prior to actual treatment.
